(To be able to return the goods)
Before returning the goods, the buyer is always required to request the return authorization from the Seller Shop (within 14 working days); before returning the goods you must have contacted the Seller Store by e-mail or the appropriate form (Product Return) in your account, the request will be examined by the Seller Store which may authorize the return, in any case unless otherwise agreed, the goods must be received intact and in their original condition, complete with any packaging, packaging and accessory material in order to proceed with the return of the goods, under penalty of nullity of the return.
Once the goods have been returned, they will be checked to verify their integrity and, where the legal requirements are met, the Seller Shop will refund.
Returns and replacements of items not justified with a complaint, where the right of withdrawal does not apply, will be accepted at the sole discretion of the Seller Shop.
In the absence of prior authorization, or in the case of freight forwarding not previously agreed, the Seller Store may also apply the measures it deems most suitable for the case.
